# Change plan

You can move between paid plans, or switch billing period, from your subscription settings.

**Note:** Only the **Workspace Owner** or a **Workspace Administrator** can change the plan. See [Manage users and roles](/administration/workspace-administration/manage-users-and-roles.md).

Navigate to `Settings` in the main menu.

Open the **Subscription** section.

Click `Change plan` and select the plan you want to move to.

Review the change and confirm.

**Note:** When moving to a plan with lower limits, make sure your workspace is within the new plan's limits first, for example storage usage, otherwise the change may be blocked.
