# Upgrade to a paid plan

Every workspace starts on the Free plan. When you need more features or higher limits, you can upgrade the workspace to a paid plan at any time.

**Note:** Only the **Workspace Owner** or a **Workspace Administrator** can manage the subscription. See [Manage users and roles](/administration/workspace-administration/manage-users-and-roles.md).

Navigate to `Settings` in the main menu.

Open the **Subscription** section.

Click the `Upgrade` button and choose the plan you want.

Enter your billing details and confirm. The new plan and its features become available immediately.
