Create document
Every new document in Hippoly starts as a draft that only you — and anyone you choose to invite — can see. You can start from a blank page or use one of the built-in templates.
Navigate to the folder where you want the new document to live, then click the Add document button.
To start from an empty document, click Blank document. A new draft document is created immediately and opens in the editor, ready for you to start writing.
Templates help you get started faster by pre-filling the document with a ready-made structure.
Click
Create from template.Browse or search for a template in the template picker.
Click the template you want to use.
Give the document a name and click
Create.
The new document opens in the editor with the template content pre-filled.
The new document is created as a draft, visible only to you until you share it with the rest of the workspace or invite collaborators.
Not sure which status a document is in? See Document statuses for an overview of Draft, Shared, and Signed.
