# Delete meeting minutes

To be able to delete a Minutes document, you must be the **Meeting Secretary**, and the Minutes must be in editing mode.&#x20;

Open the document in the **Minutes editor**.

Ensure the Minutes is in **edit mode**. If not, click the `Edit` button at the top left corner of the  editor.

Click the `Trash bin` button at the top right corner.

A confirmation dialog will appear. Click `Delete` to confirm the deletion.

**Note**: Once deleted, the Meeting Minutes document cannot be restored. However, the signed Minutes PDF can be restored.
